Hunter Killer (2018)
An American submarine disappears from radar in the waters of the Barents Sea. Another submarine is sent in search of her, under the command of Captain Joey Glass. Arriving at the place, the submariners find a boat, as well as a Russian submarine in distress. They manage to save some of the sailors, after which they learn that a coup d'etat has taken place in Russia. Defense Minister Durov took the Russian president hostage and planned to torpedo an American submarine. The American troopers rescue the leader who has lost power and ferry him to the Glass ship. Durov gives the order to attack an American submarine, which threatens the beginning of the Third World War.
